Sports Massage

The sports massage is a massage that aims to improve athletic performance.
Its beneficial properties are designed to reduce muscle tension often due to overloading of the training of athletes, resulting in inhibition of pain sensations.
Other important benefits are: reduction of heart rate and, consequently, blood pressure, and stimulating the local microcirculation with draining, removal of lactic acid and metabolic waste produced during exercise, relief and relaxation of the tissues and resulting in accelerated recovery from muscular contractions, but especially the prevention of accidents due to the excellent muscle preparation for physical activity.
The sports massage can be applied both before and after a race, as well as between a competition and the other.
