Postural Gymnastics

The gymnastics is of extreme importance not only for those which show pains and disorders related to the spine, often suffers from problems caused by incorrect posture also acquired during the day, but also for preventive purposes, in order to prevent the then appearance of any pain and discomfort in the shoulders and back.
Normally the wrong positions taken during the day cause pain in the neck and shoulders, which are, moreover, often arched inwards. The gymnastics, very useful for the improvement of joint mobility and muscle elasticity, remember stretching or even disciplines such as yoga and pilates. Such a focused gymnastics: the awareness of the posture of your body, the rebalancing of the same, improved coordination and learning the correct positions to take.
