Pilates is a series of exercises focused on the postural muscles, ie those that help balance the body and are essential as support for the spine. The method is also used in the field of postural re-education; very suitable indeed for the same. Specifically, these exercises ensure the acquisition of knowledge in the breath and alignment of the spine, strengthening the deep muscles of the floor of the trunk, very important to relieve and prevent back pain.
